As part of our green policy, the air conditioning systems will be switched off during specific times of the day to enhance energy
efficiency. If you’d like to continue using the system, please turn it back on
Breakfast:
Our breakfast area is situated one floor below reception. Enjoy our buffet breakfast served between 07:30 and 10:30. If your
reservation is on a room-only basis, breakfast tickets can be purchased directly from reception.

Departures and Checkout
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00 on the day of departure. A further charge of 50% of your room rate may be
incurred for late checkouts, depending on availability. Kindly enquire with reception on day of departure

The voltage in our hotel is 240 V. Usb A & C are available on your bedside socket and desk.

Fire Safety:
Fire extinguishers are strategically placed on all floors. Upon entering your room, familiarize yourself with the emergency
procedures posted near the door. Pay particular attention to the locations of fire exits. In case of an emergency or fire, call
reception by dialling 9 on your phone and indicate the fire’s location. Guests will be alerted by the ringing of the general alarm
bell. A plan showing the nearest exit to your room is detailed on the back of your room door.
Housekeeping:
Our housekeeping team cleans the rooms daily between 08:00 and 15:00. If you prefer not to have daily cleaning service,
please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
Garage:
We offer an onsite private car parking facility with a limited number of spaces. To inquire about availability and charges, please

Guests:
Non-registered guests or friends are not allowed in guest rooms.

You’ll find a hair dryer in your room. Please unplug when ready.
Ironing/Ironing Board:
Need to iron your clothes? You can find the iron and ironing stand in the launderette.
Launderette:
The hotel offers a 30-minute slot online for the launderette machine, conveniently located next to the reception. It handles
washing clothes and provides detergent.
Lost and Found: In case of lost or mislaid belongings, guests can contact the housekeeping Manager or enquire at Reception.

Room Temperature:
Each room features individual control switches, allowing you to adjust the temperature according to your comfort. However,
please note that during specific times of the day, all AC units are switched off as part of our energy-saving measures. If you
find the room temperature not to your liking during those times, simply switch the controls back on and adjust them as needed.
Safes:
Safe deposit boxes are available in the rooms. On checkout, kindly leave the safe open. The Hotel is not responsible for loss or
damage to items placed in the safe.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and public areas.
Splash Pool:
The hotel has a compact-sized pool open between 08:00 and 18:00.
