The closest ATM (BOV – Bank of Valletta) is conveniently located next to the Hilton Hotel.

Airconditioning

As part of our green policy, the air conditioning systems will be switched off during specific times of the day to enhance energy efficiency. If you’d like to continue using the system, please turn it back on.

Breakfast

Our breakfast area is situated one floor below reception. Enjoy our buffet breakfast served between 07:30 and 10:30. If your reservation is on a room-only basis, breakfast tickets can be purchased directly from reception.

Malta’s casino industry offers a dynamic gaming experience. Whether you’re a seasoned gambler or simply seeking entertainment, you’ll find options at the Hilton Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, or the Dragonara Casino.

Departures and Checkout

Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00 on the day of departure. A further charge of 50% of your room rate may be incurred for late checkouts, depending on availability. Kindly enquire with reception on day of departure.

The voltage in our hotel is 240 V. USB-A & USB-C are available on your bedside socket and desk.

Fire Safety

Fire extinguishers are strategically placed on all floors. Upon entering your room, familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures posted near the door. Pay particular attention to the locations of fire exits.
In case of an emergency or fire, call reception (dial 9) and indicate the fire’s location. Guests will be alerted by the ringing of the general alarm bell. A plan showing the nearest exit to your room is detailed on the back of your room door.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping team cleans rooms daily between 08:00 and 15:00. If you prefer not to have daily cleaning, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.

Garage

We offer an onsite private car parking facility with limited spaces. To inquire about availability and charges, please email stay@onyxhotel.mt.

Guests

Non-registered guests or friends are not allowed in guest rooms.

Hair Dryer

You’ll find a hair dryer in your room. Please unplug it when finished.

Ironing / Ironing Board

You can find the iron and ironing stand in the launderette.

Launderette

The hotel offers a 30-minute slot online for the launderette machine, located next to the reception. It handles washing clothes and provides detergent.

Lost and Found

In case of lost or mislaid belongings, guests can contact the Housekeeping Manager or enquire at Reception.

Mini Bar

Each room has an unstocked mini bar.
