Reservations
Reservations at Onyx Hotel are subject to availability and secured with a valid credit card.
Check-in/Check-out
Valid ID is required at check-in. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Payments & Cancellations
Refundable reservations: you may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Non-refundable reservations: full payment is taken when the booking is confirmed, with no refund if cancelled or in case of a no-show. Changes: we aim to be as flexible as possible; subject to availability we will do our best to help. Any rate difference is payable at the time of the change. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
